What to expect in your first class?
Your first class will be filled with gentle stretching to a soundtrack of gentle retro 80s & 90s music, working all muscles throughout the body.
What ages are the people who attend SOLID GOLD STRETCH?
You will always feel like you belong, as ages range between 30 to 65.
What do I wear to class and what should I bring?
Wear clothing you feel comfortable in, that allows you to move. Bare feet or socks are suggested to get the most out of the stretches. Bring a water bottle & sweat towel.You are welcome to bring a yoga mat, however we have yoga mats you can use.
Do I need to be flexible already to do the class? ?
No you don’t. This class meets you wherever you are. You are encouraged to always go at your own pace and modify the intensity of the movement based on how it feels to you.
What happens if I miss a class?
You have 28 days to use all 4 class credits. Simply attend additional classes in another of your allocated weeks.
