LET’S GET PHYSICAL!

RETRO JAMS is a mini-routine, dance-inspired fitness class with a watch-and-follow format. The dance moves are an homage to the classic retro vibe, and the playlist is predominantly 80’s & 90’s classics – but anything RAD can make it in there.

Each song has it’s own unique choreography, with no complex routines required to be remembered. What this means is you can focus entirely on having FUN, getting your heart rate up and breaking a sweat.

This class is suitable for all levels, with the difficulty adjusted to suit the participants.

It is the best place to start if you have no dance experience whatsoever, but want to release your inner dancing queen!

Duration: 55 mins including warm-up and cool down
