What ages are the people who attend LZUMBA GOLD?

What do I wear and what should I bring to class?
Wear clothing you feel comfortable in, that allows you to move. We suggest you dance in supportive, soft soled shoes such as runners or sneakers, however avoid shoes with grippy soles. We ask that you do not wear hard soled shoes. Bring a water bottle and a sweat towel.
Do I need to be able to dance already and do I need to be fit to do the class?
