THE NITTY GRITTY
Party times available:
Saturday 1.00pm – 2.30pm & Saturday 3.30pm – 5.00pm
Your Party Schedule:
- 5 mins – Drop off and Greeting
- 60 mins – Dancing
- 25 mins – Food & Birthday cake
Cost: $35 per child (minimum 12 children – maximum 30) Minimum cost $420
What you need to bring: Party Food, Drinks, Adult snacks & Birthday Cake
Cancellation Fee: $100 if cancellation within 24 hours
Please NO Glow Sticks, confetti or glitter.
Optional Healthy Catering by GLOW DANCE: $15 per child

Where: GLOW DANCE is conveniently located in the heart of the North Fitzroy Village at Level 1, 8/252 -260 St Georges Road, above the Post Office. To access the studio head down Fergie Street.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I bring Glow sticks?
Unfortunately we do not allow disposable glow sticks, confetti or glitter into the studio.
Can I decorate the space myself?
You are welcome to bring your own decorations for our dining area. We do not allow decorations in the main dancing space.
What time can I come in before the party?
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before the start of your party, so that you can set up and welcome in your guests.
Do you run parties for teenagers?
We are able to run parties for teenagers. A party can be curated for your specific requirements. Please contact us directly to discuss.
Do I need to stay, or can I drop off my child for the party?
We ask that the parents of the party child stay for the party. All other guests can be dropped off and collected at the end of the party.
Can I supply my own music playlist?
Yes you can. Simply send us a Spotify playlist link of your child’s favourite dance tracks.
Can younger siblings join in on the dancing?
Absolutely! Kids under 4 can join in at no additional charge. Over 4 years old and they will be added to the total number of children to be charged for.
How do I find the Glow Dance studio?
Conveniently located in the heart of the North Fitzroy Village you can find us above the Post Office on Scotchmer Street. The access door to the studio is off Fergie Street.
What happens if I need to cancel?
If you let us know more than 24 hours prior to your party, your deposit will be fully refunded or a credit will be allocated to you for future use. Within 24 hours of your party, a $100 cancellation fee will be applied. Simply get in touch and we can arrange for an alternative date for your party if required.
