How long do I need to commit to a membership?
All membership options allow for you to Opt-Out or Cancel Anytime.
What happens if I miss a week?
You can always do a catch up class if you are unable to attend in any week. A class credit will be available to use in your MOMENCE profile. Expiry on class credits (make-up classes) is 1 month.
What happens if I am injured or are going on holidays?
Simply let us know and we will freeze your membership for up to 4 weeks.
Can I use my membership for studio hire classes?
No. Your membership is not able to be used for studio hire classes at Glow Dance. Bookings for these classes should be made directly with the studio hirer via their booking system.
What happens if I don't have an unlimited class membership (SHIMMER) but want to come in more often than 1 or 2 times on the occasional week?
Simply book into any additional class using your membership. A charge for this class will be added to your next direct debit payment, at the membership per class rate, not the Visitor Class Pass rate.
How often are payments deducted?
Payments are deducted via credit card or direct debit every 14 days.
